A lot of the decorators are “just that good”. Some places will use a large paintbrush to brush the icing over the cookie and free hand the design. I work in a bakery and we have decorator technicians that will come in and show us new items and they are just amazing at decorating. It looks like a machine does it.

Strawberries dipped in chocolate, champagne or wine, cheese cubes and grapes, anything you can feed to each other. Also avoid spicy things, onions, etc.
